Executive Coaching Services

We believe that coaching is most successful when it is based on the following principles:

Coaching Engagements
It is anticipated that during the course of a 3-month commitment, a leader will develop awareness around their issues and develop personal goals and commitment to change. Assessments, interviews and shadowing may be used to provide feedback and enhance understanding of development opportunities. By the completion of the 3-month engagement, the leader will have identified and begun practicing new skills and behaviors. While change is noticeable in this time frame, the leader will typically need additional time and support to become proficient and comfortable with the new skill sets. Six to twelve-month engagements are normally required to shift behaviors to a level of habit (unconscious competence).

Laser Coaching
Laser Coaching is typically offered in support of management development programs. These are structured coaching sessions lasting up to 15 minutes designed to provide coaching support and enhance clarity of thinking and action for managers and leaders. Please inquire about possible structures and fees to support your needs.

Team Coaching
Sherry is certified in the Conflict Dynamics Profile® and facilitates teams in building trust, developing constructive communication styles and enhancing collaboration; that is, becoming conflict competent. Fees are based upon the nature of the engagement.
