She continues development of her own coaching skills and the coaching skills of others as a Learning Leader in an ICF-accredited coach training program through the International Coach Academy. She is certified to administer the Voices® 360° leadership competency assessment, the MRG Leadership Effectiveness Analysis®, and the Conflict Dynamics Profile®.
